WARRANTY
WARRANTY
Amway* warrants that the AMBREEZE Air Purification System (the “Air Purification System”) will
not prove defective (as defined below), under normal use for two (2) years from the date of
original purchase. An item will be considered “defective” if it is defective in materials or workman-
ship and if the defect materially impairs the performance or value of the Air Purification System to
the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”).
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
(a) Any Air Purification System that has been subjected to any use that is different from, or
inconsistent with, the instructions for use.
(b) Any Air Purification System that has been subjected to any abuse, accident, physical
damage, misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature.
(c) Any Air Purification System that presents a latent defect, i.e., a defect which existed at the
time of purchase but that the Purchaser could not identify at the moment of the purchase,
provided that Amway did not know the existence of such defect.
(d) Any Air Purification System that presents with regular wear and tear which has resulted from
using over a long period.
e) Any use of non-authorised parts or accessories resulting in damage to Air Purification System
or diminished performance, ie. replacement parts or accessory attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer or use of non-AMBREEZE Air Purification System parts or accessories.
RIGHTS OF THE PURCHASER
If any Air Purification System that has not been subjected to abuse, accident, physical damage,
misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature, proves to have been defective during the
Warranty period, Amway will, at Amway’s option and subject to timely notification of the claimed
defect, either repair or replace the defective item at its expense, or refund an appropriate part of
the price of the item to the Purchaser.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Register your product warranty within 90 days after purchase. The 90-day satisfaction
guarantee begins on the date of purchase or at product registration. Simply follow these
steps:
1. Log in to the Amway Australia/New Zealand website.
2. Scroll to the footer of the home page and click on “Register Your Product”. Alternatively,
search myproducts.amwayglobal.com in your browser to be taken to the Warranty Customer
Portal.
3. Enter the Product Serial Number in the search box and click “Lookup”. The serial number
can be found on the product carton.
4. Your product will appear. Click on “CONTINUE” to proceed. Fill in the First Name and Last
Name fields and click on “REGISTER THIS PRODUCT”.
5. Your product is successfully registered.

ship of the warranty within 90 days of receiving the product, or if you are having difficulty
