and durable. When using the jack, the weight of the vehicle
being lifted is transferred to the ground via the jack. If the
ground is uneven, unstable or of low mechanical strength,
the jack may shift, e.g. tip over, which may lead to dangerous
situations.
• Keep children and bystanders away from areas where the
lift is used.
• Do not distract the user while operating the device may lead
to loss of control of the tool and result in personal injury.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - PERSONAL SAFETY.
• Do not use the unit when you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication as this may cause
permanent damage to your health.
• Wear protective gloves and goggles.
•
Ensure that the jack is positioned on a firm and stable base
before lifting.
• Lifting vehicles when the ground is unstable can damage the
vehicle and cause personal injury.
• Maintain a stable posture when working with the unit. The
correct working position ensures better control of the unit
in unforeseen situations.
• Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving
parts. Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught
in moving parts.
• Do not use the lift if you have not read this manual
beforehand.
• Do not lift vehicles with a mass greater than the maximum
permissible for the type of lift. If necessary, use another
device with a higher load capacity.
• Lifting of vehicles with gross vehicle weight greater than
the maximum permissible weight can cause permanent
damage to the lift and create dangerous situations.
• Clean the unit regularly and check its technical condition.
Before using the device, check that moving parts operate
without jamming and are not blocked.
• The use of defective equipment can lead to dangerous
situations.
• Do not use a damaged lift. If necessary, inspect the unit and
have damaged parts repaired, preferably by an authorised
service centre.
• Repairing the unit yourself can lead to dangerous situations.
• Do not expose the lift to rain, snow or high temperatures.
• Do not use for purposes other than lifting motor vehicles.
• Do not alter the design of the lift.
• Do not leave the lift unattended when it is loaded.
• The operator must check the correct operation at all times
to avoid hazardous situations.

ATTENTION! Once the vehicle has been raised to the
required height, it is essential to place the previously prepared
supports under the vehicle. Do not carry out any work on the
vehicle if it has not been secured with supports in the raised
position
Have the unit repaired only by a qualified person using only
original spare parts.
This will ensure that the lifter remains safe to use.
SAFETY IN USE AND MAINTENANCE
• All interchangeable parts must be kept.
• Damaged parts should be replaced with identical parts.
•
Do not use parts other than those specified by an authorised
service centre.
• Store the lift and its equipment in a dry and clean place,
away from flammable liquids.
• Children should not have access to the unit. The optimum
storage temperature is 5˚ to 30˚C.
• Store the device in its original packaging.
• Only carry out cleaning and maintenance on an unloaded
hoist.
CHECKING THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL
With long and frequent use of the lift, loss of hydraulic oil can
occur.
This phenomenon is very rare and usually associated with an
elevator malfunction.
When the lift is working properly, the actuator oil tank should
not be inspected.
ATTENTION!
When topping up the oil, the
SAFETY VALVE
must not be unscrewed. The actuator system does not require
venting. Each raising and lowering of the lift arm automatically
removes any bubbles that may collect there from the actuator.
BEFORE USING THE JACK:
During shipment or handling, air in jack can become trapped in
the hydraulic system causing jack to malfunction. To release air
from the hydraulic system:
1. Turn release valve counter-clockwise with handle no more
than two full turns.
2.
Remove oil fill plug.
