Air quality sensor
•
Touch and hold sensors 2 and 3 simultaneously to turn on the auto
-
matic mode.
•
The fan speed will increase or decrease depending on the amount of
undesirable odours sensed by the sensor during cooking. Fan speed
is indicated by indicators on touch sensors.
•
To disable the automatic mode, simultaneously touch and hold sen
-
sors 2 and 3 for 3 seconds.
- When the fan is off, it will start after approximately 1 minute from
activating the automatic mode.
– The sensor monitors the air quality to determine the concentration of
NH₃, NOX, alcohol, benzene and CO₂.
– When fan operates at speed 1 in automatic mode, the fan speed is
automatically adjusted when the air quality sensor detects an in
-
crease in the concentration of undesirable odours.
– If you manually set fan speed in automatic mode, the set fan speed
will be kept for 1 minute.
– When the air quality sensor does not detect any undesirable odours,
the fan will turn off. When the fan is turned off manually or automat
-
ically, the automatic mode continues to be active.
Sensitivity setting:
•
There are 3 air quality sensitivity settings, from the lowest (1) to the
highest (3). The default setting is (2).
•
To adjust the sensitivity setting, touch sensors 2 and 3 for 4 seconds.
•
Sensitivity setting is indicated by lighting the respective fan speed
indicators ( - level 1 sensitivity, - level 2 sensitivity, - level 3
sensitivity). The other indicators will blink.
•
Touch the appropriate sensor to adjust the sensitivity level to one of
three available.
•
Fan speed will change more often when you select high air quality
sensitivity and less often when you select low sensitivity.
•
Do not touch any controls for 10 seconds to save your selected air
quality sensitivity setting.
Magnetic switch
Close the glass panel to turn off the fan and lighting. When you open the
glass panel, the fan will start at speed 1. You need to turn on the lighting
separately.
