OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
Super Freeze
The Super Freeze function is crucial to keep
the frozen foods fresh. The function is activa-
ted by pushing and holding pushbutton (4). A
blue light in the pushbutton indicates that the
function is on.
There is a choice between 24-hour and 48-
hour freezing process:
- Pushing and holding pushbutton (4) once
activates the Super Freeze function for 24
hours, there will be “24” number displayed on
the display (3).
- Pushing and holding pushbutton (4) twice
activates the Super Freeze function for 48
hours, there will be “48” number displayed on
the display (3).
- Pushing pushbutton (4) for the next time
switches off the Super Freeze function, the
control light in pushbutton (4) goes out.
If the Super Freeze function is not switched
off intentionally, it will be switched off auto-
matically after 24/48 hours. When the Super
Freeze function pushbutton is pressed, the
“24” or “48” symbols are displayed for 5
seconds. Then the display shows the current
temperature in the freezer compartment.
It is recommended to switch on the Super
Freeze function about two hours before filling
the freezer compartment with large quantities
of foods.
Slight temperature variations
Slight changes of temperatures are nor-
mal and may occur, for example, when the
appliance is loaded with fresh products or
when the door has been left open for a long
time. They have no effect on the stored food
and the temperature quickly returns to the
set level.
If the door is left open, after approx. 1 minute
there will be a “dr” code displayed on the
display and a short sound signal emitted.
Eco function
The Eco function is switched on and off with
pushbutton (5), a green light in pushbutton
(5) indicates that the function is on. The func-
tion ensures optimal consumption of energy
needed to cool down the refrigerator and fre-
ezer compartments. When the Eco function
is on the freezer temperature settings cannot
be changed.
The function is restored after power failure.
Alarms
Normal use of the freezer can result in
many different situations causing function
disruption and, consequently, disturbing the
stability of operation of the whole appliance.
Those conditions will be displayed on the
display using alarm codes.
If there are several alarm conditions oc-
curring at the same time, the codes will be
displayed one after another.
