“Please scrub the
front sensor, and
restart me from a
new location”
The bumper’s sensors
are dirty. Clean the bumper’s
sensors using a soft cloth.

the right-hand
sensor, and restart
me from a new
location”
The wall sensor is dirty.
Clean the wall sensor using
a soft cloth and place the
robot somewhere else.

“Please scrub the
radar housing on
top, and restart
me from a new
location”
The laser module is
dirty.
Check the laser and clean
it thoroughly. Be sure
to remove any dust that
could prevent it from
working, using a soft cloth.

“Please check if the
bumper has been
blocked in some
way”
Problem with the
bumper. The bumper
is frozen. Check the bumper
and place the robot
somewhere else.

“Master, please
clean the dustbin
and filters”
The dustbin is full or
the filters are dirty.
Empty the dustbin and
clean the filters (see the
Maintenance section).

“Dust container
has been removed,
please clean the
container and
filter”
Error n.09 means that
the dustbin is not
correctly inserted.
Insert the dustbin
correctly.

“Please check if
my wheels have
become blocked
somewhere”
Problem with the
wheels and/or the
castor.
Check the wheels and
the castor and remove
any elements likely to be
blocking them.
