“Please check if the
main brush has
become stuck” Problem with main
brush. The main brush
is frozen. Check the main brush and
remove any dust or objects
likely to be blocking it.

side brushes have
become stuck”
Problem with side
brushes. The side
brushes are dirty or
frozen.
Check the side brushes
and remove any elements
likely to be blocking them.

“What’s going
on? Where is the
docking station?”
The robot cannot find
its home base.
Check that the home base
is correctly positioned and
on. Manually place the
robot on its home base.

“Oh dear! Program
error, please
restart me”
Error with the robot.
Please turn off and restart
the robot. If the problem
persists, please contact the
AMIBOT after-sales service.

“Low battery,
please recharge” The robot battery is
too weak. Charge the robot using its
home base.

“To shut me down,
please place me
away from the
docking station”
The robot will not shut
down because it is on
the home base.
Take the robot off the
home base and press
the power button for 5
seconds.

“Wi-Fi lost, please
follow the App
instruction for
reconnection”
The robot is not
connected to the
AMIBOT HOME app.
Connect the robot to
the smartphone via the
AMIBOT HOME mobile
app.
