Troubleshooting

The robot does
not charge any
more.
1. The robot is not
correctly positioned
on the home base or
it is not plugged in
correctly.
2. The robot is not
switched on.
3. Dust on the sensors
1. Correctly reposition
the robot and place its
power sensors on the
home base sensors.
2. Switch the robot on by
pressing the ON/OFF
power button.
3. Clean the sensors with a
soft cloth.

Home base
failed. 1. The home base’s
position is incorrect.
1. Plug the home base in,
position the home base
between several rooms,
remove any obstacles
within a radius of 1
metre to the left and
right and 2 metres in
front of the home base.

The robot has
frozen.
1. The robot is stuck in
the cables.
1. Remove the cables
and any possible
obstacles for a better
performance.
