Technical Support Calls

Before you call AMI technical support, have the following
information available:

Serial number and revision number of the board
DIP and SIMM memory types and speed
System BIOS reference number
List of adapter cards installed to the system
A clear description of the problem.

Installation

Standoffs and mounting screws are not supplied with the Mark
IV board.

Set all user-configurable jumpers and switches and install
coprocessors before attempting to install the board into a
chassis.
