No person may modify this warranty, waive any of these conditions and
limitations, or make any different or additional warranties with respect to the
Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall QNet be
responsible or liable for any personal injury and/or disease/discomfort; direct,
indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however
they arise; or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the
use or misuse of this Product; or, from any action or decision taken as a result
of using this Product.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Hong Kong will apply to this warranty.
