WARRANTY
The Amezcua Bio Light 3 (“Product”) is designed, produced and shipped
free from defects and will function reliably when used correctly and treated in
accordance with the instruction in this user manual of this Product.
To be covered by this warranty, the Product must have been purchased
directly from QNet Limited (“QNet”), or a registered independent representative
of QNet (“IR”). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not
assignable or transferable. Please read and understand this carefully before
using the Product.
QNET WARRANTS TO YOU THAT, UNDER NORMAL USE, THE PRODUCT
WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A
PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE DATE IS
CALCULATED FROM THE PRODUCT’S RECORD OF SHIPMENT IN QNET’S
SYSTEM (“WARRANTY PERIOD”). IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT COVERED
BY THIS WARRANTY, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND RETURN THE
PRODUCT TO US, WE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT, AT OUR
DISCRETION, USING NEW OR REMANUFACTURED COMPONENTS. THERE
IS NO WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND AS TO ANY DEFECTS
DISCOVERED AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES.
This warranty only covers the defects in manufacturing that arise from the
correct use of the Product as per the Product’s manual and instructions.
Except as may otherwise be required by legislation in your country or state,
QNet will not be responsible for the cost of returning the Product or for any
damage to or loss of the Product while it is in transit to us. We recommend
that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and ensure the Product’s
safe delivery.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. THERE
ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, PROVIDED BY
QNET. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR OF FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
HOW TO GET SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
To obtain service under this warranty, please contact the Global Support
Centre (GSC). Please keep a record of the serial number inside the battery
compartment of the device for tracking purposes.
EXEMPTIONS
This warranty does not cover any Products without a serial number, normal
wear and tear, and any option or accessory not furnished by QNet. It does
not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accidents, moisture, extreme
heat or cold, corrosive environments, high voltage or any unsuitable power
supply, and modification or repair by any person other than QNet.
