Then check the screw connections of the motor and secure
these with Loctite, if necessary.
We also recommend that you check the correct running
direction of the motor at this point. Connect the flight
controller to your receiver and drive battery for this. If the
running direction does not match the propeller, 2 of the 3
motor cables must be replaced.
Mount the Propeller.
ATTENTION: Since the bore of the propeller is larger than the
propeller adapter, it is imperative to use the enclosed adapter
ring to ensure that the propeller runs smoothly.
Mount the spinner.
To make assembly of the wings on the fuselage easier, we
recommend using 3 patch cables (10 cm). These always
remain plugged into the receiver; the cables are then
disconnected directly on the wing.
Route all cables neatly in the fuselage and wire the receiver.
The flight battery must also be secured with adhesive tape on
the underside next to the Velcro strap.
Our tests have revealed that the model harmonises very well
with the 3X Wing Control gyroscope from Dymond. The
gyroscope sensitivities can be set to the “12 o’clock position”
for all 3 axes here, without the model soaring in flight.
