Calibration Frequency Select from drop down menu
Day of the Week Select from drop down menu
Calibration Date Day of the Month
Calibration Time Hour of the Day
Auto Cal Configuration - Zero (Models SLR, DO, TE ONLY)
Fields are enabled / disabled based on cal frequency selection type.
Zero will not appear for the 3050-OLV model.
