The stabilizer leg closes during
the crane work.
1) The block valve on the
stabilizer leg worn, no more
seal.
2) Internal seals wear.
1-2) Go to an authorized
assistance center.
Vibrations in the crane cylinders,
boom extension cylinders jerk
during the initial manoeuvres.
Hydraulic oil temperature too low
Perform manoeuvres without load
for several minutes in order to
warm up the oil
Vibrations in all movements when
the oil is warm.
1) Insufficient oil in the tank
2) Air inside hydraulic circuit
1) Add hydraulic oil
2) Operate the controls to fully
extend and fully retract the
cylinders several times
The load limiting device comes
into operation beyond its
tolerance limits.
Incorrect setting of the load
limiting device
Go to an authorized assistance
center.
Metal particles found in the oil
filters.
Some parts of the hydraulic circuit
may be in a state of deterioration.

Squeaking on articulation points
