Beating eggs
To beat eggs (whole yolks or whites), use the wire whisk

− For egg whites, use speed setting 4 or 6 and beat continuously for 4 minutes
until stiff.
Do not beat the whites of more than 12 eggs at once.
Do not operate for longer than 4 minutes to avoid overheating of the product.
If more time is necessary, wait 10 minutes with the product turned off and then
resume use.
Whipping cream
To whip cream, use the wire whisk

. Use fresh cream.
− For whipped cream, use speed setting 4 or 6 and whip for 3 to 5 minutes.
Be sure not to overfill the mixing bowl when adding fresh milk, cream or
other ingredients.
Do not operate for longer than 4 minutes to avoid overheating of the product.
If more time is necessary, wait 10 minutes with the product turned off and then
resume use.
Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids
To mix shakes, cocktails and other liquids, use the wire whisk

− Mix the ingredients in accordance with the required recipe for 4 minutes
at a speed setting of 1 to 6.
Do not exceed the maximum volume of the mixing bowl.
Do not operate for longer than 4 minutes to avoid overheating of the product.
If more time is necessary, wait 10 minutes with the product turned off and then
resume use.
End of operation
1. After the ingredients have been processed as required, turn the control
dial

to turn off the product.
2. Unplug the power cord.

4. Detach the mixing tool (

by rotating
the mixing tool clockwise.
5. Rotate the mixing bowl

counter-clockwise (in the direction indicated
by the UNLOCK arrow) to remove it (see

). Continue to work on the
ingredients as desired.
6. To detach the splash guard

, push it down, away from the mixer head
