NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the product may result in damage to the
product.
− Do not use the product in continuous operation. The
maximum recommended operating time is 4 minutes.
Allow a pause of 10 minutes after each use for cooling
down. There is a risk of overheating if the product is
operated for longer periods.
− Do not overfill the mixing bowl. The motor may overheat.
The maximum quantity of flour that can be mixed is 3.3 lbs.
− Do not fill the mixing bowl with hot ingredients above
140 °F. There is a risk of scalding.
Start of operation
1. With the product set up as described in the chapter “Assembly”, press the
release button

and raise the tilting arm

2. Put the ingredients into the mixing bowl

. Take care not to overfill it
(about 12 cups flour maximum).
3. Press the release button and push the tilting arm down into the mixing bowl.
Make sure the mixing bowl is locked securely into the bracket in the base

4. Connect the product to a power outlet.
