goes out for the fi rst time,
you can fry the food.
WARNING!
Burn hazard! Never bend over the appliance
if the oil/fat is hot. The rising hot air or
sprayed oil/fat may cause burns.
9. Open the lid by pressing the release button

10. Immerse the fi lled frying basket carefully and slowly into the
oil/fat and immediately close the lid.

lights up after a short time
and the heating-up process starts again.

If you want to stop the frying process, rotate the tempera-
ture controller

11. Remove the power plug from the socket.
WARNING!
Burn hazard! Never touch the frying basket
after frying. It is hot! Only lift the frying basket
out of the frying tank using the frying basket handles

12. Open the lid and carefully lift the frying basket. Hang the
basket on the designated brackets at the edge of the appli-
ance, so that extra fat can drain off.
13. After draining off, carefully remove the frying basket from
the deep fryer.
14. Close the lid and allow the oil/fat to cool off completely.
15. Line a bowl with paper towel and put in the fried food.
16. Allow the fat/oil to cool down to avoid spilling liquid fat/oil.
