Replacing the pressure reservoir diaphragm
CAUTION
Before removing the pressure reservoir cover (Fig. 24/1), bleed
the air pressure from the pressure reservoir (Fig. 24/2) via the air
valve (Fig. 24/3).

1. Remove the pressure reservoir cover (Fig. 24/1) after unscrew-
ing the four nuts.
2. Remove the diaphragm (Fig. 24/4).
3. Clean all sealing surfaces.
4. Install the new diaphragm.
5. Install the pressure reservoir cover. Tighten the nuts crosswise.
When fitting the diaphragm, ensure that it lays exactly in its seat and
that the open surface (Fig. 24/5) of the domed diaphragm points in
the direction of the pressure reservoir cover (Fig. 24/1).
