Shipping
Shipping fees can be configured independently for different zones including Continental US,
Alaska/Hawaii, Europe, etc. Fees are collected during the checkout process and disbursed to the
merchant with the rest of the order revenue.
Available configuration modes are Item/Weight based and Order value based.
Taxes
Amazon can collect sales taxes on behalf of a merchant. This requires manual a process as well as
documentation from the merchant. To setup taxes, the merchant must contact TAM who will work with
them through the process.
User Management
Multiple users can be added to your Seller Central account to conduct specific tasks, such as manage
inventory. This is completed from the Advanced features section under the Settings tab. The account
owner can assign accounts and permissions.
It is important to note that the same user can be assigned to multiple accounts.

XML Feeds
XML feeds allow you to manage products, inventory, images and orders through feeds. These feeds are
submitted through standard SOAP. WebStore can provide an SDK upon request for the XML feed option.
