of processed foods, and for celery and other foods with coarse fiber,
clean after every 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg) of processed foods.

Operating tips, juice functions

•  Set the seasoning valve at the slag outlet (M) to

Soft fruit

or

Hard fruit.

•  The juicer is not suitable for processing very hard ingredients such as sugar cane

and ginger.

•  Cut ingredients with high fibre content (such as celery) into pieces of 2 - 4"

(5 - 10 cm) length and 1 - 2" (1.5 - 2.5 cm) width.

•  Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher (B), as this could affect the quality

of the juice. It could cause the strainer (E, F, N) to come to a halt.

•  When processing harder fruits and vegetables, the product produces a sound and

may shake slightly. This is normal.

•  Remove hard cores from cherries, plums, peaches, etc. The pips or seeds from

fruits like melons, apples and grapes do not have to be removed.

•  Remove tough skins from melons, pineapples, cucumbers, potatoes etc.
•  Soft-skinned and other foods just need washing (apples, pears, carrots, radishes,

lettuce, cabbage, parsley, spinach, grapes, strawberries, celery etc.).

•  Insert soft fruits/vegetables slowly to get the most juice.
•  Vitamins disappear, the sooner you drink your juice, the more vitamins you will

absorb.

•  When storing the juice for a few hours, put it in the refrigerator.
•  Juice from green vegetables (broccoli, spinach etc.) or dark vegetables

(beetroot, red cabbage etc.) is extremely strong - always dilute it.

NOTICE

To reduce the exposure to air and slow down the oxidation process,

you can leave the juice chute (L) closed (fig. 1). Open the chute
when the juice cup is filled (fig. 2).
