IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this
product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be
included.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the
following:

Risk of electric shock!
Switch off the appliance, then unplug from
the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling
parts and before cleaning. To unplug, pull at the plug. Never pull the
power cord.
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Never insert any body parts (e.g. fingers) or kitchen
utensils into the feeding chute. Always use the pusher.
• Read all instructions.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the main unit, power cable or
plug in water or other liquid.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• Avoid contacting moving parts.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to
the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
• The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
• Always make sure juicer cover is installed securely in place before motor is turned
on. Do not deinstall while juicer is in operation.
• Be sure to turn switch to OFF position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the
motor stops completely before disassembling.
• Do not operate without the slag collector in place.
• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce
the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
• Do not put your fingers or other objects into the juicer opening while it is in
operation. If food becomes lodged in opening, use food pusher or another piece
of fruit or vegetable to push it down. When this method is not possible turn the
motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the remaining food.
• Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.
