Manual service
Independent of the specified service intervals,
manual service can be performed at any time.

Maintenance button and select the
desired maintenance.
As a reminder for the regular maintenance, a day
of the week can be set.
8.3.1
Cleaning the machine

Press
Clean machine button and follow the
wizard's instructions.
8.3.2 Cleaning the collet
The provided spindle service set is required for
maintenance of the spindle.

Clean collet button and follow the wiz-
ard's instructions.
NOTE:
Only use the provided collet grease for lubrica-
tion of the collet cone. Do not use other types of
grease.
For remaining debris, the collet can be
cleaned in distilled water in an ultrasonic
bath/with a steam jet cleaner.
▷
Do not use solvent for cleaning.
To prevent contamination of the spindle,
compressed air is actively expelled during
collet cleaning. This may cause whistling
noises.
