with the individual plastic tray, using the tracing
ball as the tray handle.

Put thermoplastic material (bite/impression
compound) onto bite fork at three marked loca-
tions of the tray.

Apply Artex facebow and perform cranium-axis-
related registration of the maxilla tray.

Adjustment of the vertical distance

Screw tracing tablet back onto mandibular tray.
Pay attention that the retention screws are
flush with the upper side of the tablet.
