Using the bowl/cover tongs, carefully remove
the sintering bowl out of the furnace compart-
ment and place it down on a non-flammable sur-
face.

Using the bowl/cover tongs, remove the sinter-
ing cover and place it down on a non-flammable
surface.

Remove the sintered frame.
Before continuing:
▷
Blast off the sintered frame with commercially
available aluminium corundum (50 - 110
μ
m).
▷
Evaluate the sintering result with the Sintron
sintering chart.
6.3
Finalizing the Sintering Program
When the sintering program is over, a tempera-
ture of 50
°C
is indicated and the compressed-air
cooling is stopped.
▷
Switch the furnace off.
▷
Shut the main valve of the gas cylinder.
▷
When not using for longer periods, leave the sin-
tering-compartment components in the fur-
nace.
