Oven Racks
The oven has five rack positions and three oven
racks. This design allows the racks to be placed
in the oven an equal distance apart.
Convection Broiling Rack
The oven includes a special broiling rack. This
rack should be placed on top of the broiler pan
and grid (see right). This allows air to circulate
around the food and cook evenlywithout turning.
If the convection broiling rack is not used, foods
must be turned at least once during cooking.
