READ FIRST! 

This chapter contains instructions for setting 
up your RMH Bale Handler for operation.   
 
Before you set up your bale handler for use, 
please make sure to: 
 

  Read Chapter 1, 

Safety

, before beginning 

the setup procedure. 

 

  Read over this chapter and make sure 

you are familiar with setup instructions 
before beginning. 

 

  Make sure you have all necessary tools 

on hand. 

 

  Remove all packing materials. 

 

  Carefully inspect the bale handler and all 

associated parts and equipment. 

 

  Report any evidence of damage from 

shipping or handling to your AMADAS

CAUTION 

 

Once the bale handler is attached to the 
tractor, make sure the tractor is in park, 
with the ignition turned off, and the key 
removed before any adjustments are 
made. 

WARNING 

 

 
Escaping hydraulic fluid under pressure 
can penetrate the skin, causing serious 
injury. 
 
Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure 
before disconnecting hydraulic or other 
lines.  Tighten all connections before 
applying pressure. 
 
Search for leaks with a piece of 
cardboard.  Protect hands and body from 
high pressure fluids.
