MM-315B
5. Measurement
5-13
(7) All Impulse Memory
Storing data:
The MM-315B is able to store up to 9 pulsations with more than 1 cool cycle in the
memory.
Weld pattern
The following table shows the weld pattern:

The unit stores current, time, and conduction-degree values in its memory for up to
9 pulses.
Those from 10 on are not stored.
In addition, when the interval between impulses is more than 0.5 seconds, the
following weld is considered Impulse No. 1 and stored.
Stored interval
1 cycle
≦
cool cycle < 0.5 seconds
The basis for determining Impulse 1 is as follows:
All previous memory information is cleared when the power is shut off or a new
weld is performed.
Impulse 1
Impulse 2
Impulse 3
Impulse 1
Impulse 2
Impulse 9
Impulse 10
Impulse 11
This interval is stored in memory.
This interval is not stored in memory.

Impulse 1
If more than 0.5 seconds elapse
between pulsations, the next weld
is considered impulse No. 1.
