11.4. Lubrication and bearings replacement plan
•
Bow’s journal for tilting the drum – remove the guards, lubricate with grease or oil.
•
Drive shaft bearings of gear transmission no. 6002 ZZ (2RS) – replace bearings every 4 years. (approx.
4000 workhours).
•
Bearings in drum’s sleeve no. 6207 ZZ (2RS) – replace every 4 years. (approx. 4000 workhours).
•
Bearings in bow’s sleeve no. 6006 ZZ (2RS) – replace every 4 years. (approx. 4000 workhours).
•
Gear transmission of concrete mixer’s drum –
not subject to lubrication !
Each time after finishing work, clean the rim and toothed gear from sand and dirt and flush with water.
