B A S I C   C O N T R O L   O P E R A T I O N

S Y N C H R O N I Z E D   B A S K E T S   O P T I O N

NOTE:   

Because each fryer station is controlled separately, the following procedures must be followed for
every component fryer in multiple-station units.

1.

Ensure that the fryer has reached the set-point temperature and it is displayed on the control panel.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON THE START UP AND GENERAL OPERATION PAGE

)

2.

L O A D   P R O D U C T

Load product in baskets and set baskets in the fryer lift brackets.

3.

To operate the both baskets simultaneously, press the 

S Y N C   B A S K E T

button on the control

panel along with either the 

L E F T   B A S K E T

or 

R I G H T   B A S K E T

button.

Both baskets will lower.

The display will show the programmed time and count down the remaining
time.

During cooking, the Indicator Light of the pushed button will blink fast. 

4.

When the programmed time has expired:

The baskets will automatically rise.

The display will show 

“ 0 0 : 0 0 ”

, then flash 

“ L ”

or 

“ r ”

, depending on the

pushed button, and the alarm will sound on and off.

5.

Press the 

L E F T   B A S K E T

or 

R I G H T   B A S K E T

button to stop alarm.

6.

Another cooking function can not be started during a synchronized cooking function.
