Remote Technical Support
If you are having issues with your Stride Smart system
and are connected to wifi, our Service Team may be able
to get remote access and help you troubleshoot your unit.
Please call our Service Team if you would like to grant
them remote access. They can walk you through the
procedure below.
1. In the Facility Settings screen, click “Launch Tech
Viewer” (Figure 24).
2. This will cause the screen to go black, and you will
see a command prompt. Within 5 seconds you
should see a TeamViewer window pop up (Figure
28).
3. After another 5-10 seconds, the ID and password
fields will auto-populate. Read the ID and password
back to your technician. This will allow them to connect to your unit and control
the screen.
