When the fiber digital compatible product is
connected, it is necessary to set the mode of this
unit. Refer to “Setting the Digital Out Put” (page 17)
and set to ON. Then refer to “External Audio
Processor Optical Digital Input Selection Setting”
(page 18) and switch the setting.

When connecting with PXA-H510 :
• Connect the fiber digital input terminal to the DVD.
• DVA-7996R and DVA-5205P cannot be connected
simultaneously when fiber digital is in use.

An amplifier with a built-in low pass filter is required.

Tone bypass function: With this function, the tone is
adjusted using the equalizer’s tone control circuit
(without using the head unit’s tone control circuit).
