6 Alarm buzzer
You can add one alarm buzzer for each five Control-loops per drag and drop. You can allocate
alarm buzzer for several devices within one loop. This is possible with (11), button 3 (configuration
of devices) with double click on icon and set the mark at device property (
alarm function
) of each
device. First pumps, fans, temperature sensors and relay can be activated with alarm function.
Device properties:
Loop
– Activate the alarm buzzer for the loop
Sensor
– Alarm tone on thermal alarm
Fan/Pump
– Alarm tone for fans and pumps
Flow sensor
– Alarm tone for flow sensor
7 Relay device icon
You can allocate one relay per loop each. There are two device-positions, on and off. Any device or
other external relay can be connected to it. External disconnection of the PC or switching on a
external backup pump or a magnet-ventilate water circulation is possible with this application. On
the relay function of each device the mark should be set. Achievable in (11), button 3 (device
configuration) or double click the symbol

8 Flow meter device icon
The flow meter can be allocated in one of five loops. The flow meter is used to calculate and control
the liquid transportation in liquid-cooling systems in liters or gallons.
Device Properties:

- Actual RPM value is displayed
Achieved RPM
- Reference value of the maximum achieved RPM value. Used for further scaling
(see
Achieved flow
below)
Flow
- Shows the actual flow in liter
Achieved flow
- Reference value of the maximum achieved flow rate value. Used for further
scaling
Activate alarm buzzer
- Shows the tone sequence of the buzzer in an alarm situation or specify
same. Activated through marking of the function
Activate relay
- If this is marked, the relay is switched on, in an alarm situation. The relay
properties (7) should be activated for this.
Name-
Use default name or give individual names
Connection
- Marking the real hardware connection on Heatmaster
Pulse per liter
- Shows the constant or the measured value of pulses per hour or this value can be
adjusted. This can be used to adjust different flow meters respectively different manufacturers.
Pulse per round
- Shows the constant or the measured value of pulses per round or this value can
be adjusted. This can be used to adjust different flow meters respectively for different
manufacturers.
Measuring time
- Shows the measuring time. With this you can determine the time, in which the
results of flow meters should be evaluated. You can determine the time individually.
Comes with Tacho signal -
With this you can disable the evaluation without removing the flow
meter from the Loop.
