Select language - select here the desired language settings
Start with windows -
Load the software automatically with system start.
Starting the software for the running operation of Heatmaster is not necessary, soon after you
program it over the control-loops with desired guidelines. The Heatmaster saves all setups in its
own onboard-memory. All setups are available, until you start the software again and make
changes. A connection with the enclosed USB cable is necessary, which can be disconnected after
programming.
Enter in Task Bar -
The software icon is indicated in the task bar
Activate Recording -
If you activate this function, the software creates a history-log-file in the File,
where the Heatmaster.exe is. This is a csv/txt file, in which values like temperature, RPM etc. are
entered according to the selected intervals (see below). If you stop and resume recording, new data
will be added without deleting old data. Data can be processed or converted in Microsoft Excel or
Open Office Calc.
Microcontroller
Monitoring reports-interval-
Specify here the display interval of the sent data.
All data of activated devices are sent from Heatmaster to software. All device icons dropped by
mouse in Monitor content (4) are displayed also in the Monitor (2) as graphs. The shortest interval is
2 seconds and the longest is 60 seconds (temporal resolution). Shorter intervals give a better
overlook in monitor (2), when changes occur in graphs. But the log data will be enhanced faster.
Only the graphic display in the software and the log data are influenced here, not the real analysis
of data and the control speed of the Heatmaster (this runs considerably faster).
Restart Hardware -
Activate a software reset of the Heatmaster hardware. Control-loops will not be
deleted.
Temperatur Sensors
Indicate Temperature sensors (values) in Fahrenheit (ºF) -
Temperature is indicated in
Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.
Show the Delta-T-Values in ºC/ºF instead of absolute temperatures -
This set up shows the
temperature difference in the monitor. Please see 9. and the appendix A.
Flow sensors
Liter -
Show in liter
Display in gallons –
Display in gallons instead of liter. Conversion in US-Gallons
Blowers and pumps
Show RPM-values for blowers and pumps -
This activates the RPM display (
R
ounds
P
er
M
inute)
Fans give a certain number of signals during a defined time. With increasing RPM this value rises
up, which can be displayed with this function.
Relays -
Use as alarm device.
End -
Ends the Heatmaster software.
