Step 3 ‐ From the underside of the chassis bottom plate, remove
the four ISO 4762 A2 – M5 x 16 (000000718 ) bolts which secure
the engine to the lower chassis.
Step 4 – Push the engine backward to remove the drive belt
(010153282).
Step 5 ‐ Remove the Toothed belt 190 from the underside of
the chassis.
Step 6 ‐ Use the special clutch spanner to prevent the clutch
pulley (010172350) from rotating and remove the clutch
retaining cap head ISO 4762 A2 – M6 x 40/24 (000000775) bolt.
Step 7 ‐ Use the special clutch extractor to pull the clutch away
from the engine drive shaft.
Step 8 ‐ Remove the two bolts ISO 4762 A2 ‐ M5 x 20
(000000719) which secure the exhaust manifold (010172354) to
the engine (take care not to damage the gasket when removing
the manifold). There is no need to remove the exhaust support
bracket or separate the exhaust from the UAV.
