Power cord are plugged in.

Clean the filter.
Filter is Dirty.

Confirm whether the inlet air
temperature is higher than 50
degrees Celsius, if not, restart
the machine, if not, contact
customer service.
Fan failure

Check to make sure the remote
control cable is connected at
both ends, and contact customer
service if there is no problem.
Remote control probe
failure small pop-up window.

Power Outage.
Reset power.
Thermal alarm code
pop-up window.
Confirm that the fan is running,
and contact customer service if
the fan is not running.
Small pop-up window
for air inlet probe failure.
Check to make sure the sensor
cable is connected at both ends.
If no problem is visible, the sensor
may be wrong.
