TROUBLESHOOTING BEOLAB 3500
Deleting programmed wake-up timers in the BeoLab 3500
It is possible that the BeoLab 3500 still has programmed wake-up timers that must be
deleted. Set both DIP switches on the long side of the almando Masterplay to ON (top).
And use your B&O remote control to press this key sequence:
Remote control Beo4:
press the key sequence [
MENU
] R [
STOP
] R [
GO
]
Remote control Beolink 1000:
press the key sequence [
MENU
] R [
STOP
] R [
PLAY
]
If a wake-up timer was programmed in the BeoLab 3500 before,
DELETE
will now be
shown in the speaker display.
Check the software status of the BeoLab 3500
Programmed wake-up timers are only available with newer software versions of
BeoLab 3500. You can find out the software version with your remote control.
No Masterlink cable must be connected to the BeoLab 3500. After disconnecting the
Masterlink cable, also disconnect the BeoLab 3500 from the mains power supply for a
few seconds..
Now press the following key sequence with your B&O remote control:

Remote control Beolink 1000:

Now the software version is shown in the display of the BeoLab 3500.
