How to connect
1. Connect the Media One to your internal network
2. Connect balanced or unbalanced output to your amplifier (
WARNING . Connect only one output at any
given time!)
3. Connect the power cable and turn on your device - The server is booted when the touch screen shows
the Now Playing interface.
4. When the Media One is fully booted you should be able to see the given IP address in the Now Playing on
the internal screen.
5. Open a browser on your tablet, smartphone or PC and type in the IP address. This will bring out the
server interface.
Power ON/OFF
Applying power to the Media One will ofcasue turn ON the product, but it’s very important to know that in
order to turn OFF the Media One safely, it needs to be in the Standby mode before cutting the power.
In order to toggle the Media One between Standby mode and turned ON press the
Standby icon .
It’s also possible to turn OFF the Media One using the Web interface. Go to Settings on the bottom of the
page and choose Functions in the dropdown menu. Here you will find a Power OFF and a Reboot button.
Powering off the Media One’s motherboard might take several minutes. Please wait before pressing the
power switch on the back.
