Function Name:
Egress
Function Description:
The Bandwidth Management function is used to limit the Egress (Outgoing) bandwidth
for each port.
Parameter Description:
Port Number:
Displays the current port that is being configured, this will depend on the port that
was highlighted before the Edit button was pressed.
Rate:
Is used to set up the limit of Egress bandwidth the port is allowed to utilise before
traffic will be discarded. If the data exceeds the limit you have set all traffic will be
discarded. Pause frames are also generated to stop the discarding of packets if
Flow Control is enabled. The Ingress Rate Limiting will limit all data including
unicast, broadcast and multicast traffic. Valid range is 66 ~ 1024000.
