11.1 - APPRENDIMENTO SEMPLICE - SINGOLO MOTORE
5 secondi
1.
Collegare all’uscita MOTORE 1 l’automazione e controllare di aver
impostato nMT = 1 .
Effettuare un controllo delle impostazioni ed eventualmente personalizzarle
prima di effettuare l’apprendimento.
I rallentamenti saranno quelli impostati da menu con la medesima percentuale
sia in apertura che in chiusura ( LSI
≠
P ).
2.
Sbloccare l’automazione, portarla a metà corsa e ribloccare il motore.
Premere contemporaneamente il tasto “UP“ e il tasto “MENU“ per almeno 5
secondi fino a quando il display mostra
LOP
.
3.
Se l’automazione NON MUOVE in apertura, premere il tasto “DOWN” per
fermare l’apprendimento. Il display mostra L-- .
4.
Premere il tasto “SS“ per riprendere la procedura: l’automazione muove in
apertura a bassa velocità.
Raggiunto il fermo meccanico di apertura, il motore si ferma automaticamente.
ATTENZIONE - se il motore non si ferma automaticamente, premere il
tasto “SS”.
In questa fase il display mostra
LOP
.
5.
L’automazione muove automaticamente in chiusura a velocità piena.
Raggiunto il fermo meccanico di chiusura, il motore si ferma automaticamente.
ATTENZIONE - se il motore non si ferma automaticamente, premere il
tasto “SS”.
In questa fase il display mostra
LCL
.
6.
L’automazione muove automaticamente in apertura a velocità piena.
Raggiunto il fermo meccanico di chiusura, il motore si ferma automaticamente.
ATTENZIONE - se il motore non si ferma automaticamente, premere il
tasto “SS”.
In questa fase il display mostra LOP .
7.
L’automazione muove automaticamente in chiusura con i rallentamenti
impostati da menu LSI .
11 - APPRENDIMENTO DELLA CORSA - SINGOLO MOTORE
Selezionare il funzionamento con un motore:
Assicurarsi di essere
fuori dai menu di
p r o g r a m m a z i o n e
(premere brevemente
il tasto “MENU”). Per
entrare nel menu,
premere e mantenere
premuto il tasto
“MENU“ per almeno
1 secondo.
Per scorrere le
funzioni, premere i
tasti “UP“ e “DOWN“.
Selezionare la voce
nmt .
Per entrare nel
parametro, premere
il tasto “MENU”
per 1 secondo fino
a quando il valore
lampeggia.
Utilizzare i tasti
“UP“ e “DOWN” per
modificare il valore.
Per salvare, premere
e mantenere premuto
il tasto “MENU“ per
almeno un secondo.
Per uscire, premere
brevemente il tasto
“MENU”.
ATTENZIONE - Per un corretto funzionamento dell’automazione, è assolutamente indispensabile l’uso dei fermi meccanici in apertura e in
chiusura.
