ST/SC Fiber Connectors
The AT-MS201 features the ST fiber connector; the AT-MS202 features the SC
fiber connector. These fiber connectors provide an uplink to other fiber hubs.
Some of the major reasons for using these fiber connectors include:

UTP RJ45 Connector
There is one UTP RJ45 10Base-T/100Base-TX connector with an MDI/MDI-X
switch. This port can operate in full or half duplex mode.
MDI/MDI-X Crossover Switch
The MDI/MDI-X slide switch, used with the RJ45 port, allows you to connect
the switch to another bridge, switch (cascade) or hub for network expansion,
using straight-through cable; therefore eliminating the need for a cross-over
cable.
If you are using the switch’s RJ45 port to connect to a workstation, set the
switch to MDI-X, the default position. If you are using a port to connect to a
hub, switch, or different switch, set this switch to the MDI position.
