Pendant
Removal
70. Make sure the brakes are locked (the locked indicator on
the Allen® Advance Table display is green ).
WARNING:
Failure to remove power from the Allen® Advance
Table could cause patient fall, injury, or equipment damage.
71. Turn the Allen® Advance Table off
, and unplug it from the facility’s
power source.
72. Unscrew the nut from the Allen®
Advance Table connector.
73. Remove the nut from pendant cord,
and install the nut on the new pendant
cable. Make sure the ribbed end of
the nut is toward the connector end of
the pendant cable.
74. Disconnect the pendant cable from
the Allen® Advance Table connector.
Replacement
75. Make sure the O-ring is installed in the Table connector.
