Solid Ground
Connect the MOV/Input Filter Cap jumper wire (PE-A) and
the CM Cap jumper wire (PE-B) to ground.
Non-Solid Ground
Insulate the MOV/Input Filter Cap jumper wire (PE-A) and
the CM Cap jumper wire (PE-B) from ground.
