10. Verify that the BKCAL_OUT_D > STATUS in the Live column
indicates a NotInvited condition.
Before the output control loop can be initialized, the NotInvited
condition must be cleared.
11. Set the value of the controller tag that is associated with the quality of
BKCAL_OUT_D (connector PV:O.1) status parameter
(PVx_GoodCascade) to the value 1.
12. Verify that the NotInvited status has been replaced by the new status,
InitializationRequest.
The InitializationRequest must receive a response.
