3.
Assure that preliminary adjustment of the following items has been
performed:
- Potentiometer adjustments as described in Chapter 5.
- S1, S2 and SW1 switch settings as described in Chapter 5.
Important: The above adjustments must be performed before
proceeding.

Assure that the controller circuit breaker (MCB) OFF.
o
5.
Apply power to the transformer, but Do Not enable the controller or
energize the line/DB contactor (M).
o
6.
Using a voltmeter, verify that the voltages listed below are present at
the locations shown. The tolerance for all voltages is
±
10%. Clear
faults before replacing any blown fuses.

Remove all power to the transformer.
o
8.
The wires connected to terminals 9 and 10 of TB2 must be marked
and removed to allow for local operation of the Enable circuit.
Connect a suitable temporary switch between these terminals and
insulate the switch connections. See Figure 7.1.
