5.1 Trouble shooting for common faults 

FAILURE

Heat pump 

doesn’t run 

No power 

Wait until the power recovers 

Power switch is off 

Switch on the power

Check and change the fuse 

The breaker is off 

Check and turn on the breaker 

Fan running but

Note: If the following conditions happen, please stop the machine immediately, and cut off 
the power supply immediately, then contact your dealer:

The fuse is frequently broken or leakage circuit breaker jumped.
