You can select Fix Quality (resolution priority) or Fix Bitrate (fluency priority) 
at the same bandwidth. 

Five options are available for your choice: Best, Better, Normal, Fast, and 

fastest.

Video quality selection 

 

15 transmission speeds ranging from 50K to 3M are available in the Fix Bitrate 
mode. The higher the transmission speed, the better the quality and fluency
