: DH6000T-VHR 3PH to 1PH Electrical Conversion Instructions
1.
The input terminal block is mounted on the right side of the
machine base.
2.
Make a 12 AWG jumper wire and connect between L2 and L3
on the output side of the input terminal block.
3.
Connect the 1-phase incoming power to L1 and L2 to the
input terminal block.

CONVERTING DH6000T-VHR FROM 3 PHASE TO 1 PHASE OPERATION
for 208-240V only.
WARNING:
Prevent electrocution when working on energized circuits. Disconnect
power at main breaker or service disconnect switch, then lock out and
tag the circuit.
STEP 1: Input Terminal Block.
1.
Remove the paper insulator, wires and jumper bars
from the heater terminals. Extra short jumper bars
are stowed on the heater terminals.
2.
Install the jumper bars for 1PH and connect
wire #51, L2, and #53.
3.
Reinstall the paper insulator.
Step 3: Wash Element

1.
Remove the black element cover.
2.
Remove the paper insulator, wires and jumper bars
from the heater terminals. Extra short jumper bars
are stowed on the heater terminals.
3.
Install the jumper bars for 1PH and connect
wire #56, L2, and #54.
4.
Reinstall the paper insulator and black cover.

Remove the data plate cable tiedto the input
terminal block.
2.
Cover the existing 3-PH Machine Electrical
Connection Data Plate with the 1-PH provided.
3.
Cover the existing dishwasher Data Plate located
on the corner of the front panel.
