There are seven button layouts (up to 9 buttons) that can be

configured on an 8036 screen.

Note: The 3 x 3 Buttons layout is similar to 3x3 Full Screen layout below but has extra space at

bottom to allow the unobstructed use of the “Home” and “Back” buttons.

The chosen layout can be customized further by enabling/disabling
the appearance/activation of specific buttons on the 8036 screen. For

instance, to display 3 vertical buttons in the first column, only the

appropriate buttons should be activated:

Custom Graphics and Backgrounds

Custom graphic screens with buttons, that line up to the pre-
configured 8036 screen, can be created using Photoshop templates

available for download at

www.algosolutions.com/8036templates

. For

best appearance on the screen, the files should be 640 x 480 pixels,
16 bit high color, and in PNG, JPEG, or GIF format. Files of other sizes

will be automatically shrunk/expanded to fit the screen. The graphics
can be uploaded to the “background” folder in the User Interface >

File Manager tab (see page 45).
