Fault Possible reasons Troubleshooting
When switching on the Nano Air² Clas-
sic does not start.
No power supply.
• Make sure the power supply line is connected correct-
ly, otherwise troubleshoot the connection error.
The motor is jammed, the impeller blades are
soiled.
• Turn the unit off.
• Troubleshoot the motor jam and the impeller clogging.
• Clean the blades.
• Restart the unit.
Automatic switch tripping following the
unit turning on. Overcurrent as a result of short circuit in the
electric line. • Turn the unit off.
• Contact the distributor.
Low air flow.
Low set fan speed. • Set higher speed.
The filter, the fan or the heat exchanger is
soiled. • Clean or replace the filter.
• Clean the fan and the heat exchanger.
Noise, vibration.
The impeller is soiled. • Clean the impeller.
Loose screw connection of the unit casing or
the outer ventilation hood. • Tighten the screws of the unit or the outer ventilation
hood.

Keine Stromversorgung.
• Überprüfen Sie, dass die Stromversorgung richtig
angeschlossen ist, beseitigen Sie ggf. den Anschluss-
fehler.
Blockierter Motor, verschmutztes Ventilator-
laufrad..
• Schalten Sie die Lüftungsanlage ab.
• Beseitigen Sie den Grund für die Blockierung des Mo-
tors oder des Laufrades.
• Reinigen Sie die Flügelradschaufeln.
• Starten Sie die Lüftungsanlage neu.
Betätigung des Sicherungsautomates
beim Anschalten der Nano Air² Classic. Erhöhte Stromaufnahme infolge eines
Kurzschlusses im Stromnetz. • Schalten Sie die Lüftungsanlage ab.
• Nehmen Sie Kontakt mit Ihrem Installateur auf.
Niedriger Luftstrom.
Niedrig eingestellte Geschwindigkeit des
Ventilators.
• Stellen Sie eine höhere Geschwindigkeit ein.
Verschmutzte Filter und Ventilatoren, ver-
schmutzter Wärmetauscher. • Reinigen oder ersetzen Sie den Filter.
• Reinigen Sie den Ventilator und den Wärmetauscher.
Geräusch, Vibrationen.
Verschmutztes Flügelrad. • Reinigen Sie das Flügelrad.
Lockere Schraubverbindung im Anlagen-
gehäuse oder in der Lüftungshaube. • Ziehen Sie die Schrauben der Lüftungsanlage oder der
Lüftungshaube an.

Scatto dell’interruttore automatico
all’accensione dell’unità.
Sovracorrente causata da un cortocircuito
nella linea elettrica.
• Spegnere l’unità.
• Contattare il rivenditore.
Basso flusso d’aria.
Bassa regolazione della velocità della ven-
tola.
• Impostare una velocità più alta.
Il filtro, la ventola o lo scambiatore di calore
sono sporchi.
• Pulire o sostituire il filtro.
• Pulire la ventola e lo scambiatore di calore.
Rumore, vibrazione.
Le ventole sono sporche. • Pulire le ventole.
Serraggio insufficiente del corpo dell'unità o
del controvento esterno.
• Stringere le viti dell'unità o del controvento esterno.
