Web  

Your phone is equipped with a Browser allowing you to access Internet sites specifically 
for mobile phones.

7.1 

Launching Web

a  From the main menu, select 

Web

.

b  Your phone connects to the network and loads the homepage of the Wireless 

Web service provider. The content of the start-up homepage depends on your 
Wireless Web service provider.

c  To scroll through the screen, use the 

Up

 and 

Down

 Navigation keys.

d  To exit the Web at any time, simply press the 

 key.

7.2 

Accessing a WAP Site

There are several ways to access a WAP site:

• 

By selecting a link on the Web.

• 

By using a bookmark item. Use 

View all bookmarks

 in the Web 

Options

• 

Use URL address field in Navigation menu.

Navigating with the Web

a  To scroll through Web items, press the 

Up

 or 

Down

 Navigation keys.

b  To select a Web item, press the   key.
c  To return to the previous page, press 

Navigation > Select 

or the 

 key .

d  To move to next page, press 

Navigation > Proceed

.

e  To access the Web menu list, press the Right softkey.
There are other options below based on open web.

Search the web: 

To launch a Web search.

• 

Add this page to Bookmarks: 

Add the current page to your Bookmarks.

• 

View all Bookmarks: 

To display a list of saved bookmarks.

• 

View browsing history: 

To display a list of visited Web pages.

• 

Send this page to a friend: 

You can send the current page address as SMS or 

MMS.

• 

Overview Mode: 

To display the entire Web page.

Startup page: 

Set startup page.

• 

Automatic Overview Mode: 

Turn on/off Automatic Overview Mode.

• 

Default zoom size: 

Select automatic or customized zoom value.

• 

Do not show images: 

Display or Hide images on the web page.

• 

Icon row: 

Display or hide the area showing icons.

• 

Popups: 

Allow or block pop-ups.

• 

Clear private data:

 Clear cookies, cache, history, or stored passwords.

• 

Advanced: 

View more settings such as page information, browser information, 

disable JavaScript, etc.
