Voice Genie / BIOS Mirror Function and SATA function
switch: SW1 (only for KX18D PRO II)
This switch is used to configure the Voice Genie and BIOS Mirror functions. With SW1-1 and
SW1-2, you can select the appropriate language for audio diagnostics. With the SW1-3 switch, you
can begin using the alternate or mirror BIOS by switching this switch to “rescue”. This is used when
the primary BIOS had been infected with a virus or damaged during a flash update. With SW1-4, you
can enable or disable the Serial ATA devices. If the system has been installed the “Silicon RAID
Driver” and the “SATA Function” have to set to enable permanently.
